When I installed and paid for the subscription, sending images on WhatsApp and Messenger worked fine, but now it doesn't allow it, neither in groups nor individually. I've already contacted Boards several times over the past few months and haven't received a response. I've updated and reinstalled the app, but it's still the same, and that doesn't help. Does anyone know how to fix this or has anyone else experienced the same problem?

I had 2 accounts. A free one and a business one. I reached out in October to fix the phone number issue to attach it with my BUSINESS ACCOUNT I PAID A YEAR IN ADVANCE FOR. It took WEEKS to get a response, and then they STILL fixed it WRONG!-I have now lost access to my PAID business Boards App!! I am utterly devastated. I want my business app account that I paid a full year subscription for. And I think a refund is in order if I don't get that account back.

Ridiculous that you have to pay to use the boards from the companies you're partnered with. I was an ambassador for Ellie MD. I couldn't access the boards set up by leaders without paying for them. I can understand paying for your own boards. But not to access your leaders boards without paying... the leaders are already paying for the board. Left Ellie MD, and uninstalled this App as well.
