Body Rebuild Project

Body Rebuild Project is online coaching with Sandro Pirrello. This app is where BRP clients find their plan and stay in touch between check-ins.

Nutrition sits at the centre of a rebuild. Each client gets a meal plan from Sandro, laid out day by day with the meals, the foods and the totals for that day. Log what you eat and compare it with the plan as the day goes.

Training follows a program built for the client. Open the day's session to see the exercises, sets, reps and notes, record what you lift, and look back at earlier weeks when deciding where to push.

Check-ins keep the rebuild honest. Send body weight, measurements, photos and answers to Sandro's questions, and get feedback on what to change for the next block. Charts show how weight, measurements and lifts have moved over time.

Inside the app:

- A day-by-day meal plan with daily totals
- Food logging against the plan
- A personal training program with set and rep logging
- Regular check-ins with photos and measurements
- Progress charts
- Direct messages with Sandro
- Health Connect on Android for steps and sleep

Coaching is arranged with Body Rebuild Project directly. The app sells nothing; it is the place to follow the plan.
