I am enrolled in the beginners' strength training program. Melissa has done an excellent job with presenting straightforward and easy to understand demonstrations and explanations for the exercises. She offers options for using resistance bands, dumbbells, or just the exercise alone. The weekly plan is easy to understand and tweek to fit your own lifestyle. This is one of, if not the best app, that I've ever purchased. I will purchase more programs from her in the future.

Do NOT fall for the early bird pricing! I paid for the program when the email first came out announcing early bird pricing. The program started on the 6th and after a week of doing the program I had to quit. When I contacted them, I was told the deadline for a refund was before the actual program began!! How does that even make sense! I received an email highlighting their policy when I told them that the refund should be based on the PROGRAM not the PAYMENT!

I like the program, but the app is unbearable. Both web and android are glitching constantly. Restarting, reinstalling and trying to get help is mentally exhausting.
