Absolutely adore this app! You can really tell that Jay has worked really hard on making sure it is accessible and well-structured! I love the range of workouts that are on offer and also love the fact that I can play my own playlist through the spotify option! My husband has started using the gym workouts and is really enjoying them! The kidz camp section is brilliant, my children have loved training with Charlie. It's so reasonably priced, especially for what you get! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely love this.It's just what I need to keep up with my fitness at home especially as I can't get to the gym .but if you are gym goer there are also gym workouts too !! I struggle to motivate my kids so even better there are kids ones too .so much content .easy to navigate around the app .also love the fact o can add my own music too . Absolutely love it 😀
