It sounds like Traditional Chinese Medicine where each organ has an active and restful time. It would be good to see something on meridians.

★★☆☆☆
This is not an application This is not an application. It is a collection of short notes related to body rhythm. The notes has a terrible, inconsistent structure and a lot of grammatical errors. It's hard to read, and hard to understand. There is no interaction in this collection of notes. A small website or an entry in the Wikipedia would be a better choice for presenting this material. Non of the notes have siting, so it's hard to verify the validity of the information.
★★☆☆☆
It reads like someone's hs class project. Phut!
