I cancelled my subscription in July, received a confirmation of said cancellation and was STILL charged for August and September. Notified them in August, no reply. Notified them in September and received confirmation with access to the program through the end of the month. I don't want access. I want my money back but so far, nothing.

I've used body rock for years, but the last 6 months have been a mess. First they switched the app over, and I could no longer access videos because it didn't recognize me as a subscriber. It took a week to get it resolved, meanwhile that was a week of paying for something I wasn't getting. Now this week it's telling me I haven't paid and won't let me access my videos, even though I'm auto subscribed. I contacted the help desk 3 days ago and still no response. Just very frustrating.
