This is my most heart felt serious review of all time. 1 of my 1st jobs at 19 years old was making biscuits at 2am on E. Woodlawn Rd in Charlotte. But recently I got to go to NC. The Ai ordering drive through was a 1st but The Chicken Supreme are too hot sauce now it is like getting Popeyes Chicken. I'm not a fan of too much hot sauce. That was the only issue everything else was great and all the people working at Nations Ford and S. Tryon in Queen 👑 City. I hope they go back Chicken Supreme

I love bojangles, I go and eat breakfast every Saturday and have been for a few years now, but the app is not very good, it's missing menu items, it can be unresponsive, and it will sometimes crash. There should also be more deals, even if it's like a $1 off a combo or something, I don't really see the point in using the app when I can order in the store and get my food in a few minutes.

While I may love bojangles chicken and what not, the app is absolutely terrible and does not function correctly. When I first downloaded it, I was given the option of a free chicken sandwich with my next purchase for a limited time. Well guess what buttercup, it won't accept my perfectly valid payment information. I tripple checked, quadruple checked the information I put it. I tried again days later after reinstalling the app, and it won't add the sandwich to the order. Shame on you bojangles

Got an email for $10 off $20. Offer not showing in offers, but there's a message in the app saying it's in offers. Got another email for a free kid's meal with purchase of ANY combo. Add combo and kid's meal to cart but does not meet requirements.
