This is my most heart felt serious review of all time. 1 of my 1st jobs at 19 years old was making biscuits at 2am on E. Woodlawn Rd in Charlotte. But recently I got to go to NC. The Ai ordering drive through was a 1st but The Chicken Supreme are too hot sauce now it is like getting Popeyes Chicken. I'm not a fan of too much hot sauce. That was the only issue everything else was great and all the people working at Nations Ford and S. Tryon in Queen 👑 City. I hope they go back Chicken Supreme

Do not order using this app if you so do not order sauce from these people any location you order sauce from they will charge you $0.78 for it and will not provide sauce as requested this has happened to me every single time I have used this app and your chicken is dry to change the grease as well. That one star need to be no stars.

Do not order from the app!!! The app is garbage. If you put in an order for a later time they will make it right away, and it will sit the whole time.

App is slow. App has the basics needed. Bojangles doesn't offer drive-thru as an option yet. That's poor in comparison to their competitors. App takes forever to remove an item. With some upgrades and the allowance for drive-thru pickup via the app I'd say 4 stars, but for 3 now. App now barely loads. Cart will be full. Click to edit an item in cart, and it says "Product not found".
