This is a great platform for shopping in NL. But please, add english language option to your app and your website. A platform as big as yours should have such an option.

This app is amazing, easy to use, and although I'm a student in Belgium middle school, it's efficient. I wish there was student discount, since few things are expensive that I NEED. The Select program is great and all. I gave 1 star because I couldn't figure out where I can save my credit card info, so it can be smoother or even if there's such thing. I recommend for something like preferences, so like you get questions and stuff you answer them by your preference and that's it. Overall, great app!

It's not a surprise bol loses market share to Amazon. I guess it's not a rocket science the expats would be more likely to order online and guess what, bol doesn't support English language. Such a simple fix is probably costing bol a big percentage of the share. I only use bol if I have to (when the products are not supplied in Amazon). It's such a pain to navigate through the app as an English speaker. I mean when there is such a frictionless option exists, why bother with this.
