Hi, you got a bug in payment section when using credits from previous orders for discount. Each credit counts as 3Kč but then only 1Kč per credit gets discounted. Otherwise, app is ok, I enjoy delivery and food very much :)

Doesn't work. After I confirm the payment in the banking app, the app just has a blank screen and the payment does not go through. In addition, the UI is pretty poor. For example, if I click on the details of a menu item, and then go back, it reloads the whole menu and puts me back on the very beginning of it, instead of where I had scrolled down to. Being unable to make a food delivery app work in 2021 is a bit embarrassing, it's not exactly a new concept.

Absolutely pointless to buy the food for pickup through the app when you have to wait in the line to get the pager and then still wait for your food anyway. Also, there was no information about having to go to the cashier counter during the ordering process, so I was waiting for the status in the app to update and wasted most of my lunch break just to learn I still have to wait for the food to be prepared

The mobile app doesn't work in the Czech Republic at all. When I sign up and fill my cart I cannot proceed to check out because my data fields are empty, although I'm signed in. When I fill the data (name, email, phone) again I get a note that the user already exists. I can't leave the fields empty either (although my personal data is filled in my profile already). So a check-mate situation. Uninstalled. PS: The desktop app works just fine.
