I'm very much happy to share my experience with bonatra. When I got registered for the program I was not aware of what to expect, as this was very new experience to me, but I should say it was worth all the penny. The CGM and the app played a vital role by keeping my blood sugar in check all the time and also gave insights about the food that I had. Doctor consultation was helpful. Health coach Latisha was in constant support and guided me throughout. The team was easily approachable and answer.

I found the bonatra cgm very useful, and it helped me to learn about my glucose levels and the part played by diet and exercise. The doctor and the health coach were very helpful and monitored my diet. With their help I was able to chalk out a diet plan to help me lose my weight and bring my sugar levels down. The diet plan and exercise plan given by the dietitian helped me to lose weight and increase my energy levels.

I have marked that bonatra is very, very bad experience to me. Bonatra peoples are only money minded they have not cared of patient. I have a bad experience with Bonatra and that over the course of the past month. Please refund my money.

Not at all satisfied with the product, app lags, failure to record readings, core purpose of buying a CGM to record the readings goes in vain due to constant failure at the backend. Would not recommend anyone waste their hard-earned money on this. Refrain from buying the package or the CGM.

Pros: Unfortunately, I couldn't find any notable advantages to this device. Cons: The app crashes frequently, causing frustration. The ring lacks any indication to show whether it’s functioning or not. There's no option to connect the device through the app manually. The syncing is inconsistent and infrequent. The device does not provide real-time data updates as expected. Once disconnected, the ring does not reconnect automatically to the phone.
