★★★★★ I have used the service 3 time and most I was pleased for the level of pool professionalism. Until, I had a driver who was not only rude and unprofessional but also bad no regards to safety of his customer. 1. He parked his car blocking traffic 2. He would not assist with a child seat. 3. He put his customers in danger by making her access her child from the left side of the vehicle where there is moving traffic. Highly unacceptable, app is not worth extra expence for such service.

★★★★★ Додатком користуватися зручно, питань до що і де знаходиться не виникає, от продумано класно! Коли почала користуватися, моя адреса відображалась некоректно - написала в підтримку і все швидко пофіксили. Як для пасажира, то мені достатньо інформації, яка надається під час поїздки. Ніяких неприємних багів не зустрічала - це класно. Єдине що - якось раз після виклику таксі, викдикалось одразу 4 водії, але з колл центру перетелефонували впродовж хвилини і теж вирішили питання.

★★★★★ На 2018 год лучшее такси в Одессе. Из минусов бывает воспроизводится баг, что заказывается две машины. Очень часто наценка 10-15%, хотя пробок особо и нет, не всегда понятно из-за чего наценка. Большой процент при пополнении счета. Иногда бывает, что не снимаются деньги с карты, так что лучше сразу кидать на счёт.

★★☆☆☆ было предложенно ввести адрес, но в итоге адрес был совсем другой, не мог зумить чтобы отследить перемещение машины, при попытке отмены экранная клавиатура исчезала

★★☆☆☆ Аферисты! Пользовался вашим такси около года назад, у таксиста не было сдачи с 200 грн. Он сказал, мол, давай, я тебе не счет бонда закину. Счёт привязан к моему номера телефона, поэтому после поездки я получил смс от бонда "У вас на счету 103 грн., которые можно тратить на такси - bond.od.ua/app". Сегодня решил проехаться на эту сумму. Вызвал такси, сел в него, скачал приложение, зарегистрировался под тем же номером. Баланс: 0. Позвонил оператору, разговор вышел неконструктивный.

★★☆☆☆ пополнил счет 2 раза подряд по ошибке, деньги на счет не зачислились, операторы доказывают что я дурак, но хоть само такси неплохое
