The bracelet is good and works great of course but sometimes the app disconnects for my partner randomly even when she has it open. Other than that it's good. But we got an update today that requires either a subscription or a $70 fee for location?!?! I already spent $180 on two bracelets I'm not buying a $70 addon for location when we have 360 that is completely ridiculous. Of course that doesn't necessarily affect me right now, but it worries me you'll add future payment for normal use.

It works amazingly well, it has to be setup well, if you're using one bracelet for your partner & the smartwatch for yourself. But once it's working, the app works perfectly, the bracelet itself is very good quality, comfortable, small so that it's not uncomfortable. The touch language is amazing and perfectly executed. Alongside the custom lights, it adds a different dimension to communication. If you're willing to try a new way to communicate, & stick with it, the bracelet is very worth it.

App is pretty simple to get setup and to use. However, there are some bugs to it. I use the bond touch lite feature, and sometimes it does not send touches or show the touches received on the watch side of the app. Still very nice to keep in touch with my partner and the mobile app itself keeps a good record for anything my watch app misses.

Honestly I've been having tech issues with my touch bracelet I've gotten ahold of them twice though email and once on Instagram my partners' bracelet works great, but I'm not getting any of their touches its gotten to the point that I'm quite annoyed and honestly over all disappointed I was hoping that this would be something me and my partner could enjoy, but I'm not getting anything but notifications though my phone.

I've been using bond touch for more than a year now. And recently I switched phones, and I was trying to pair my app to my bracelet, but it just sends me on an endless loop of clicking the link in the email taking me to the app. And then going back to the email. Because the authentication link does not work. I have not been able to tap with my fiancé. And we miss having Bon touch bracelet. When I emailed customer support, I explained everything. And all they said was, just click the link.

5 years into having this bracelet with my partner and the app refuses to acknowledge our bracelets as connected!! Super frustrated with bond touch AGAIN! Ive tried unpairing and repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing!
