I love this bracelet a lot. With this me and my partner and I have been using it for a while, my partner usually has insecure or loneliness sometimes from being long-distance partners, everything seems to be normal communication matter, but the touch languages aren't really recognizable, We want to be able to tell who's touch languages are who's and how many we have along with putting them into order for easy select. I feel it would organize greatly! Otherwise, it's very wonderful of a tool.

Love the app. It works as it should. My biggest gripe is the fact that my smartwatch doesn't have the app to be used in place of a bracelet. It would be nice to just use my galaxy smartwatch instead of 2 things on my wrist. Bond touch, please make this a thing for Android smartwatch users instead of just Apple Watch. If it do I have no problem updating my rating.

I've been using bond touch for more than a year now. And recently I switched phones, and I was trying to pair my app to my bracelet, but it just sends me on an endless loop of clicking the link in the email taking me to the app. And then going back to the email. Because the authentication link does not work. I have not been able to tap with my fiancé. And we miss having Bon touch bracelet. When I emailed customer support, I explained everything. And all they said was, just click the link.

I loved bond touch, have been using it for 5 years. However, I recently bought 2 new bracelets just because I wanted a newer model, and they BOTH BROKE within a couple of months. My originals still work fine, but I've lost my money, and it's too late to return or get a refund. One of the bracelets immediately would not hold battery, and now neither will charge, and they have cracked easily. Extremely disappointed. Do better.
