The app was only installed because my wife wanted to get me the Bond Touch More bracelet

Partner and I bought these 2 years ago, used them pretty much everyday since. Nice to have a quick way to tell them I'm thinking about them when I don't have time to text, or a cute show of affection when we're apart or even just across the room. App is a little finicky, sometimes touches don't send properly, usually when that happens it's just a matter of both of us opening the app to fix it. Was worried about phone battery drain before buying, but that hasn't been an issue at all.

This is a great idea. However, the device is a bit too large and awkward. The bracelet is comfortable, but the actual touch piece should be able to be switched out onto a watch band or even make the device not sit so high on the band. If this was also an app for smartwatches, then it would be perfect! My wife and I both have galaxy watches, and if we could tap the watch like we do the device, then we'd use our watches and this app a lot more. I'd love to talk with the devs more about this.

You need to be tied to your phone in order for the bracelets to stay connected. They don't really reconnect automatically and there is no option to connect the bracelet by request from the linked bracelet or app. Also, no way to send a hug using the app if needed. Hugs sent with the bracelets have quite a big delay, sometimes even hours. I would not spend the money if I knew what I know now. Pretty limiting and very much a hassle given that you need to have the phone nearby at all the times.

Even worse with the bond touch more. Cannot get to pair. Only one of the 2 chargers that came w it works, and it randomly shuts all the way down like the battery is dead even when it shouldn't be. Not that it matters. I can't get it to connect. And there is NO HELP available. Troubleshooting is a joke. So frustrating bc these aren't cheap anyway. Smdh.
