Option to add money through UPI isn't working for a long time. Called customer care to know when it will be fixed, no positive response from them. Another way to add money is through Net Banking which charges 10 rupees per transaction why I will pay extra charges just to add money? Let's say I found a suitable bond I just want to add money only for that bond, if I want to pay for another bond again I have to pay 10.Also, there should be option to link existing demat account and OTP login is a pain.

Bahut Jada hi slow app hai, money withdraw nahi hota, portfolio bhi update hone me 1 hafta lagta hai.

Hello! When I tried to open an account in bondbazar there is a presenter tick for open a demat and trading account with bondbazar . Actually I want to use my existing demat ... disappointed really

If they could learn something from other brokers or trading platform, they could have made a more usable website and app. I made the mistake of signing up for this platform based on recommendation of a dear friend. The app has serious login issues. First the biometric screen splashes up and then vanishes. Every time one has to get and enter an OTP. After that, the biometric screen again splashes. What the hell is going on? Gave app making contract to some school kids and then forgot testing?
