As mentioned by many others here, the app doesn't verify the otp at all. If the problem is persisting, why not update app itself ? Surprisingly number received on sms for help is also not contactable. Tried calling but call gets cut before ringing ! Surprise welcome of new clients. Well done !

Non-existent support. I pinged my so-called RM, emailed their customer support multi times for an issue and literally got no response.

App allows you to buy bonds and that's the only thing it does. It does not reflect what you've bought nor help you sell nor do anything else. I've pointed this out to their support but i don't think JM Financials want to invest serious money in app improvement. For anything at all, you got to rely on your RM. The RM though is quite good.

2 days back I tried to open an account no one called me to help in process, when I tried to RM Amita never received the call . How can I put 10-15 lack in bond . No support I am not going to open account in this
