Very poor payment system. I tried multiple times to purchase a batch, but the payment keeps failing again and again. This is extremely frustrating and wastes a lot of time. Please fix your payment gateway. A platform cannot run properly if users are unable to make payments smoothly. Along with the already poor payment system, this makes the overall experience very frustrating. Please improve your support service and fix the payment issues urgently.

I don't like the App Design for me and The app is very bad

Gave 1 star because Bong Misery’s fees are much higher compared to other platforms, while the quality of the classes is not that good. Chemistry classes are the only part I found good; the other subjects could be much better.
