Everything is okay but Background Play System. You should introduce

What experience? No sound even after loading. Is there anyone in your team to rectify it? 26/06/2019: once again I install the app, and it is not responding. No sound at all. 27/07/2019: after app launch when I opt any station, below the screen a popup mentioning LOADING and disappear but no sound. In fact I am very serious to give my feedback, but you are very reluctant to rectify it.
