Nice to finally have a service that's reliable and efficient. You can track where your driver is, the time they will take to pick you up and to get to your location, and the best part is that the drivers' information is there that you can share. If cars are unavailable, and you have to wait, customer service calls to see if you're still interested and sends a car. The efficiency is a plus for me.

Sign up is trash. I fill all the details, and it still is asking for me to fill some missing things. It's not stating what. Smh.

Too many issues... App freezes a lot, and I have to constantly restart. Prices for rides have now almost tripled within a few months. Wait time is very lengthy, and customer service is slow. The app was good in the beginning, but I wouldn't recommend that anyone download it now.

Something wrong with the app, I can't get passed the OTP part in the signing up, nothing won't move, and I can't get passed it, I tried 3 times, delete & installed again and again, I really want this app, but it's giving an issue with the signing up

Wait time for car availability can be utterly ridiculous 6 times out of 10, but things are usually smooth once you get through. The app lags and is buggy though.
