Description
BOOKARIDE is here to take you where you want to go. Let us be your preferred transportation service. 2. We are a ride-sharing application. 3. The rates are highly competitive and may be cheaper than you would pay in a regular taxi. 4. It is safer and securer than the taxi service.
We offer: • Live tracking - The live tracking feature in the Book-A-Ride app, would allow us to give the customer an ETA of the car they have booked. It would also allow users to share their travel location with their friends or family during travel to enhance their safety. • Accessibility - Easy accessibility is a key feature of our service – this is especially true for an app like Book-A-Ride. Customers can book a car from nearly anywhere without having to call several times, stand on the road flagging one down or waiting unnecessarily. Our cars will be there in the shortest possible time once the booking is done. • Ability to choose between vehicles – One of the unique offers is the ability of the customer to choose their own car. This enhances the customer experience and makes for a more enjoyable experience. • Cashless payment options - The cashless payment options would be the first of its kind in Guyana for ground transportation services and would allow customers to pay the fare via debit or credit cards or online pay vendors like PayPal. This makes the ride even better, as the customer does not have to worry about carrying monies around.

Prompt and reliable. I use book a ride to transport my daughter from school to class or the office. There's a great sense of security in know exactly where she is and when she'll arrive. This is the service Guyana has been waiting for ❤
★★★★★Sharon Singh· Sep 27, 2023
Safe and convenient. I use this service daily to get my daughter to school. I am able to sit and do my job with confidence, knowing my child is safe. The best thing using this app is I can track the location of the ride, the vehicle, and the driver's profile. Drivers are courteous and professional.
★★★★★Aviskar· Sep 4, 2023
Love the experience. The driver was professional. Love that you can see who the driver is, and you can pay with a credit card.
★★☆☆☆Jaime Kingston· Oct 28, 2024
App got even buggier. I used to be able to get around it but as of the last update I'm met with a blank screen
★☆☆☆☆anicea joseph· Nov 2, 2023
Something wrong with the app, I can't get passed the OTP part in the signing up, nothing won't move, and I can't get passed it, I tried 3 times, delete & installed again and again, I really want this app, but it's giving an issue with the signing up
★★☆☆☆shebiki jeffrey· Nov 1, 2023
Wait time for car availability can be utterly ridiculous 6 times out of 10, but things are usually smooth once you get through. The app lags and is buggy though.
★☆☆☆☆Anslim Da Silva· Jan 1, 2024
Sign up is trash. I fill all the details, and it still is asking for me to fill some missing things. It's not stating what. Smh.
