Total loss of time and energy. Despite being active and client-responsive, no orders were received. When nothing positive happens, it's a mystery why they even allow us to create profiles. You simply wait without doing anything. Both you and your abilities are not appreciated here. Book an artist app that merely wants to take your money and return nothing. Not a single client support. Additionally, customers who want artwork from artists essentially want free labor.

Desktop works perfectly but app keeps saying my account doesn't exist (I tried both Google login and with email+password). I've already hired an artist, so I'm sure it exists as I'm using everything normally on desktop.

If you're an experienced artist who sells for thousands of pounds plus, why would I be incentivized to come on to your app and be relegated to 'green' membership? I think what you've done with your recent UX "upgrade" is pretty irresponsible Do you know how many £100 jobs are up on your app, which are actually £1000 jobs? So now, to get access to bid on the higher paid jobs, I have to work the £100 jobs on your app? It's actually ridiculous. Artists deserve to be paid fairly.

I really hope artists haven't gone along with all the new fees these guys have put on the platform. What a joke. Don't be fooled and have your pay cut by membership fees AND commissions. Really???
