Immediately after downloading, app says there is a new version and an update is needed to continue your reading journey. I click update and no update is available. I can't do anything. It's just a continuous loop of clicking update in the app and open on Google play. 0 stars should be an option...

Keep getting the same pop-up after updating. An error message says, "summer reading program has ended". I signed up for the school year club. Never had an issue until the app. It allowed me to account for 13 days of reading and now the error message pops up. Pretty sure summer reading ended in August, so why would it let me account for any days in October at all, if that were the issue?

Awful app! I would give it 0 stars if I could. Constant issues. Issues recording...issues redeeming. My kids are constantly being disappointed by this app. We never had issues when it was on the website.
