★★☆☆☆ Very poor and worst app. Fake confirmation chances, fake commitment for initial refund. I booked 3 trains. It shows 83% confirmation chances. But it didn't. However I'm ok with this. When I'm booking it shows initial refund on cancellation, still I didn't get my money back. I booked on 24/01/23, today 30/01/23. I even contact IRCC dept, they said it is already refunded to payment app. What the hell is going on trainman.where are you fraud man. Are you keeping customers money.

★★☆☆☆ The application is full of bug whenever I open the application the train list shows that, but you can't book a ticket and there is no more travel assurance as of now

★★☆☆☆ There is no use of giving tatkal booking option. The tatkal opening time is at 11am but in trainman tatkal opens at 11.15 am. What is the use of it. This is major Problem I have ever seen.
