Bookeaters: Reading journal

Bookeaters is a reading journal and a book club in one. Keep track of what you read and read together with people who love books as much as you do.

SWITCH WITHOUT RETYPING
• Bring your library over in one file from another reading app, website or e-reader.
• No file? Paste a list of books, one per line.
• Download your books any time (CSV and full data).

YOUR READING JOURNAL
• Read, reading and did-not-finish books, half-star or 1–10 ratings, spice level, reviews, genres and moods.
• Progress in pages, percent or audiobook minutes. Reading timer.
• Series with book numbers, books you own, lending and the value of your library.
• A TBR with covers, notes and series. Can't decide? Spin the wheel.
• A wishlist you can share with family by link.

YOUR SHELF ON YOUR PROFILE
• Books on a wooden shelf, spine or cover out, audiobooks as retro CDs, shelf decorations.
• Share your shelf or what you're reading as an image for Instagram or a group chat.

READING WITH A CLUB
• Buddy reads with spoiler locks, discussions, voting on the next book, an event calendar and shared goals.
• Quotes from books, even photographed straight from the page.

STATS AND MOTIVATION
• A yearly goal, charts by genre, rating and year, monthly and yearly Wrapped, badges and levels.

WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL
• Move your bookmark, save a quote or log reading time. It syncs as soon as you're back online.

A SAFE COMMUNITY
• Community rules, reporting and blocking right in the app.

Bookeaters started as a Czech book club and grows with it. There are no ads, and stats and data export are free. Send ideas and bug reports straight from the app.

Links to buy books go to Czech bookshops; we may earn a small commission on some purchases. It doesn't change your price.

Bookeaters also works on the web at bookeaters.club with the same account.

Home screen widget: a Finished button at the end of a book that opens the rating. After you open the app, the widget refreshes itself with your new progress, and for a book without a page count it tells you what to add.
