★★★★★ I really like the app as it is easy and quick to see what we have on hold and to place a hold. However, they REALLY need to update the app on the Apple store (wife has iphone) as the latest version is 3 years old, and won't consistently remember library card numbers.

★★★★★ While it's not a 100% perfect app, in that there are additional features that would be helpful, I do really like this app. It makes it quick and easy to see the status of my holds, due dates for books, and to place and/or modify holds.

★★☆☆☆ This app has some very basic functions. Unfortunately, the functions are so basic as to be almost worthless. Even more unfortunate: they are buggy and don't work at least as often as they do. I feel very fortunate that my library subscribers to hoopla so that this isn't my go to library app.

★★☆☆☆ I used to use this app with very few problems, but now it is absolutely useless. I cannot access my account & it tells me to search for a library to get started. It won't let me search or tells me there are connectivity problems. Aaaaargh!
