Booking rejected and payment deducted and no response from help support very, very bad experience not recommended this app to use also box cricket admin not update status so here showing available but after booking box cricket admin rejected and payment not refunded very, very bad experience

I booked a turf from this app a week in advance. The payment was successfully deducted from the app, and the booking was confirmed. However, when we arrived at venue for our scheduled time slot, we were informed that the slot had been assigned to someone else. We raised the concern with the owner of venue, and he mentioned that he did not receive any booking from the app, so he gave the slot to another person. No response from the support team they didn't reply on message either.
