★★★★★ It's a great app for learning english though books. There is a lot of content. My child enjoys the activities too, and I can filter books, so she can see only the ones that are easy to read.

★★☆☆☆ Purchased during books festival for rm99 and was informed it is for lifetime. But why suddenly had to subscribe monthly? Is this some kind of trick?

★★☆☆☆ It is impossible to unsubscribe. I have written emails to stop deducting money from my account, and unsubscribe, but they still do it. Most unprofessional, and worst customer service!

★★☆☆☆ Transaction was declined. This is the error message all the time, so you don't even have the chance to try it. I have tried different cards and the mobile provider billing as payment method as well, with a different account on another device, to no avail. So, not a good first impression. This way there is no free trial (as would be the case if the Play Store subscription would work). They channel all prospect customers to their website where you can subscribe, although at a higher price.
