I've been ordering books from Books wagon for quite some time, and my recent purchase was another great experience. I will not give 1 star if it it is available I am giving 0 star it takes too much information which also can harm your personal data, so please try to not use it and if you are using delete it and if you are ok, so you can buy manga from this, so you can order it will take 20 days to be Die levered Thanks

I have ordered too much from this site, and I can never trust them for an order, example: I ordered a book, and order is placed and accepted, after 10 days that book order gets cancelled with reason unknown, only sorry for cancellation, when I check that book price has increased twice at least, this happened at least 3 times to me in this May-Jun 2026. I am so angry and fed up, even when for every book in the order they add a delivery fee for 39rs, but are not able to provide suitable service.

I would never recommend these apps, for the availability of books its nice but why I can't tract my order/where is my order /when will it deliver, there's no customer support to talk worse app now I'm waiting for my order hopefully

Terrible customer service and fake delivery updates. Ordered May 13. One book falsely marked "Delivered" May 30 (no OTP/tracking). The rest were to dispatch May 28 but are stuck "Processing." I don't mind waiting, but this lack of transparency is absurd. Support is email-only and useless; once shipped, they don't care if you get it. Buy originals on Amazon, or use Etsy for international editions. Avoid Books wagon!
