The captain Rudder span wingsman during mega crab and when he was near the mega crab wall, and I span wingsman, some of his wingsman went outside and the crab map and game crashed. Lost all troops and also 1 attack also wasted for mega crab. This also happened many times in the last mega crab, and now it happened again to me on multiple stages.

I have multiple boom beach accounts, recently I created a new one and purchased an extra builder, I processed the purchase from the new BB I'd but the extra builder added into my other account where I don't need that builder. Strange and ridiculous.

Please update the game! We don't need huge complex updates, we just need two simple things to make Boom Beach fun again: 1. Remove or reduce Army Training time. Waiting for hours to train troops ruins the mood of playing. 2. Improve the "Next" button/matchmaking system, so we can find suitable or dead bases easily to attack. If you fix these two things, this game will become awesome again. Please listen to your players, Supercell!

I've been playing this game for almost 9 years now, and I really love it and just recently come back after 2 years of not playing. I've noticed some unfair area, especially with the opponents you got based from rank. It would be better to base it on lvl instead cuz there are high lvl players who deliberately lower they're rank to face lower lvl bases and our hard-earned resources can be taken that easily. Hope you guys fix and make this level based not rank based

I'm just about to delete this game. I am so frustrated. After the last update I went to play the game only to find my task force is gone. I am the leader of the task force and the only one that can delete it. I have not been able to find the task force anywhere and im frustrated because I set up the task force over 5 years ago and had a good crew. I emailed boom beach and have not received a response.

My account and all my progress disappeared and I start from level 1 when I am I forced today to load the game using a supercell account I remove the game immediately really feel disappointed
