I'm assuming the game is in trial mode, so it's kind of boring if you can't advance at the moment because not all features are available. So it's hard for now to give it a proper rating since there are lots of bugs that need to be worked on.

Lots of bug, and it didn't inform me random relocation cost the same as precise relocation. I saw 10/10 in random relocation I thought it was free. I don't know why after I unlocked 2nd marching troops I can't use it. It was so useless to research it. It didn't help. There's problem with using my resources game crashes.
