I'e had a pretty good experience with Boomtown! Definitely would recommend! The interface is simple and easy to use, and they offer a lot of great training on how to use all the features, so you aren't left to wander around in the dark!

App doesn't sync contacts and to-do list properly. I have to type the phone number in to find contacts on the app because it can't locate many of them with a name. The app never shows the correct amount of to-dos that I actually have. Going to start looking into other crms work better support.

Update 8/30/22. A recent bug orphaned a significant number of my to-do tasks, rendering some of crm function useless. Customer service showed a lack of urgency and accountability for the time and money that this glitch has cost me. Tremendous disappointment.

I'm a newer user, but this app seems antiquated. When you chat with someone through the app an SMS with a link is sent for every single msg they send! The msgs don't update in the app unless u click the new link.

Cannot use templates half of the time, cannot change categories. Or switch agents half of the time. Makes very frustrating to work with clients on the go.
