Brilliant if like me you dont go out much so i top up by phone sadly no in home display so if app down i have no knowledge of balance i want to go from pre payment to dry meter sick of paying extra because it was already pre payment bforexi moved in but so hard to get boost or ovo to respond to my emails without using covid as excuse

Loved this app HATE the new one loved how I could see how much was on and I could check usage see my account number etc all off these I'm unable to do on the on one! Let use choose which app to use.

App is a nightmare, too long winded and I keep being told my account is inactive, and having to call the office who keep me on hold forever to sort it, there was nothing wrong with the old app which was user friendly and reliable. I've never had to call for anything in 5 years with the old OVO/BOOST until now. An upgrade is supposed to improve the product not make it worse and useless. Please review this upgrade, thank you!

I see quite a few responses from ovo /boost claiming the new app is simpler to use than the previous one. Please tell me how not being able to see your balance on the app and either having to press a few combinations of buttons on the meter or have a separate gadget simpler ? Come on you know thats not true. Btw the new app is capable of displaying your balance because my one was instead of showing my gas top up option ,until boost 'fixed' it for me ! Has to be a reason why ur not displaying it
