Would be nice to be able to sort tickets by "due Monday" because on Fridays sorting by due tomorrow does nothing.

The App is okay and has its issues but overall I would give it a B+. The problem I have with BOSS811 is Ms. Dig allows contractors to use the services as a bidding tool, they do not maintain any marks made and expect Utility Locators to be at their beck and call when they are not onsite or have any plan of being onsite soon. If Ms. Dig charged even just s small fee for this great service maybe contractors would not abuse the use that we see daily.

If you do not have strong service it will delete your photos, crash and completely waste your time. So many issues that they said they would fix but haven't. 20 mile round trips to retake pictures is common. Maps don't show all tickets, amended tickets do not show new information, the new "near me" icon blocks other menus. Complete joke and I absolutely HATE this app. So much wasted time because of it.
