I thoroughly enjoy the on-line edition of my Boston Hearld! While I'd perfer to hold the actual hard copy (paper!) in my hands, when I travel, obviously I can't, so reaching for my ipad as I sit in bed in the morning is something I truly look forward to! The format, the "true to the original", is one of the best on-line newspapers I've seen yet. And truth be told, while I don't quite veer to the right as much as the Hearld does, I still respect its place in our great city of Boston!!

This is the equivalent of reading a paper copy but without the big paper, avoids others taking it the newspaper without you knowing it, and easy to navigate. I am enjoying this app.

App stopped working after new subscriber login system went in effect around two weeks ago. Restricting to subscribers is fine, but logging in still fails to access the e-editions. Please fix.

The new app is terrible. Now instead of opening the app and reading the latest edition, each day you are required to take 4 actions to read the paper. Additionally, the interface for reading the paper isn't as good as the previous one.

Today 02/09/25 I contacted Boston Herald via email telling them how in the beginning of 01/25 I signed up for the Boston Herald both this E-edition and the physical 7 day a'm week printed newspaper. He got back to me on 02/04 and said it was taken care of and adjusted and that I'd get my paper delivered the next morning. So far no paper as of today still, so I'm too upset to try to navigate this app.
