Botanicaly: Plant Identifier

Botanicaly is an AI-powered plant-care app built to make keeping plants alive easier. Its AI gives each plant personal care advice, while smarter reminders adapt to the plant, its conditions, and the care you record.

Identify a plant from a photo, see whether it is toxic to cats and dogs, and get a care plan made for that plant. Identification is free every day, up to a daily allowance.

Botanicaly remembers each plant you add: its room, pot and light, the care you log, the photos you save and the advice you chose to follow. When the first photo of a plant shows a concern, Botanicaly asks you to look at the plant again the next day. Today then asks how a plant with an open concern is doing, and you answer Better, Same or Worse. An answer of Same or Worse opens a review of the plant’s plan. Advice never changes a reminder until you accept it.

ASK ABOUT THIS PLANT
With Botanicaly Pro, ask a question about a plant you own, with or without a photo. You get one next step and the reason for it, based on that plant’s history, setup and recent care. Every question needs Botanicaly Pro.

TODAY
Today shows which plants need you and which look fine. When a plant is due for water, Today asks you to feel the soil first. Tap Watered after you water, or Soil still damp if it isn’t dry yet, and Botanicaly asks again on a later day.

FOUR TABS FOR EACH PLANT
Each plant page opens on Schedule, with the next care step. Care guide shows what its reminders are based on, Journal keeps its photos and care with the newest first, and About holds the species facts. Progress photos are free.

ONE CAMERA
Take a photo and choose what it shows: a new plant, or one you already have. A new plant shows its light, watering and pet safety, and you set it up in two steps: the pot, then when you last watered. A photo of a plant you own goes straight to its Journal.

Recent changes:
When an identification is unsure, one tap now searches the JungleBook for the likely plant. On Free, you can see the first line of one answer about your plant’s photo. A plant’s pet-safety line names the toxic substance in your language. Today asks one thing at a time, and its frost warning appears only for plants on a balcony or outdoors. Text fits better at large sizes, and Mr. Kitty appears on more screens.
