Very much bad experience, I made international transfer at 22 june they tell it will complete on 26 june and today is 7 july and that transfer is still processing. I called for the help, but they are not attending my call. If you need proof I will give screenshot. very, very bad.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with Botim Money. When I registered using my mobile number, I discovered that it was already linked to someone else's Botim account. There was no option in the app to update the profile or verify the account with my own Emirates ID. I contacted the chat support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I also called the customer support helpline several times. Each time, I was kept waiting for around 3 minute

This is classless platform, they meke Drama with customers, do not care customers problem, i don’t understand why I used this app, i call Botim is thief company, who keep them permission to hold my money, the system is interesting anyone can send me money, but I cannot use my money, and more than special thing is once I send a Gmail within 24 hours they give responsible I get same like gmail from Botim, now almost 7 day finish but 24 hr not finish, to day 3 Time call not received,12 aed cut
