⭐ Privacy Feature Request I really like Botim, but I have one suggestion. Please add a feature like WhatsApp where you can tap to make the video small or big easily. This helps protect privacy — for example, when I’m on a video call with my wife, I don’t want everyone around to see her on the full big screen. It would be great if this option is added soon.

Easy to send money but if someone makes a mistake in sending money they don't respond to calls. I called the botim team more than ten times but no responding. Take care when sending money. The botim team doesn't care about your money.

I send money but until now its not complete transaction still on process and it's not good experience poor service!!!!

Please don't send cash international transfer through botim, sometimes it takes 15. Now I send the money on 11th November 10.40 pm, and it didn't credit or refunded back to me, it's already 36 hours now. Whenever I call botim customer care they keep telling me it will credit soon. So if you are sending cash urgently, please don't send through botim. Worst experience.
