I love my robot and the app is excellent BUT why are all the potential voices on the app for a cleaning device FEMALE? My little robot is indeed a male and is tired of his identity crisis. Please offer male and female voices for each language. Let our robots be free of this stigma please. Male robots can clean carpets too. My male robots needs to fund his voice

This app works GREAT to manage my many Bots Lab devices, including my video doorbell, 6 outdoor solar cameras, indoor USB cameras, and 2x 4-channel dash cams! It has 24/7 LIVE chat available right in the app! It's easy to download an individual video to share once you figure it out, & you can share it directly to support if something is going wrong. This app is a hub that connects all of your devices. I've had my camera system for about 6 months, and I've continually added to my device collection

Not great! Doorbell starts recording only after the person is leaving, so you don't get a view of the person until they are down the st. Had my car vandalized, it didn't rec even when I was stood next to it. After the last update 10 July 26, there is no night viewing live now. It flashes up for a second then disappears. The battery also only last a few weeks now. If the doorbell is pushed it rings 10 mins later after they have gone, and is so quiet you would need to be sat next to it to hear.

The responsiveness of Bot slab 360 video doorbell is always lagging or late in capturing someone approaching my front door for notification and video recording. The video recording was always at the back of the person leaving. Totally useless. Please look into having at least 3s ~ 4s pre-buffer (pre-roll) with earlier video recording and with timely detection notification. No issue with my Wi-Fi connection. I always have a good Wi-Fi connection.

I use this camera to video and photograph birds. Since the new update, I am unable to take pictures or video through the app.
