I love my robot and the app is excellent BUT why are all the potential voices on the app for a cleaning device FEMALE? My little robot is indeed a male and is tired of his identity crisis. Please offer male and female voices for each language. Let our robots be free of this stigma please. Male robots can clean carpets too. My male robots needs to fund his voice

The latest update, messed up my cameras, it says Wi-Fi is off, but it's not, to fix the issue just switch your cameras off then on and the issue will be fixed.

Your doorbell cam stopped working for no reason... Says "Failed to load (132)" The latest update didn't help! All my EUF cameras are working just fine, and I am about to give up on yours and replace it... 08/05/26

Set everything up, which was easier than the Arlo it is replacing. Notifications are often so late that the person has left. And the doorbell doesn't charge hardwired.

I use this camera to video and photograph birds. Since the new update, I am unable to take pictures or video through the app.

The responsiveness of Bot slab 360 video doorbell is always lagging or late in capturing someone approaching my front door for notification and video recording. The video recording was always at the back of the person leaving. Totally useless. Please look into having at least 3s ~ 4s pre-buffer (pre-roll) with earlier video recording and with timely detection notification. No issue with my Wi-Fi connection. I always have a good Wi-Fi connection.
