The responsiveness of Bot slab 360 video doorbell is always lagging or late in capturing someone approaching my front door for notification and video recording. The video recording was always at the back of the person leaving. Totally useless. Please look into having at least 3s ~ 4s pre-buffer (pre-roll) with earlier video recording and with timely detection notification. No issue with my Wi-Fi connection. I always have a good Wi-Fi connection.

Since a week or two the app keeps logging out, only one person can be logged in. Please fix this!!! I have it on my door for a couple of months, for a camera and doorbell it works okay, all the other promises that the company did are mostly not working or barely working. It has so much potential, but bad development! Update 28th of September, I dropped the rating down to 1 star. Every day, I have to re-login, this is very enjoying!!!! Why is a fix for this taking so long?????
