The LaRuz is very near LA Union Station. The staff are super kind and even let me pick up my luggage after they closed at 5pm, because I couldn't get there until 5:30 p.m. since my theater production lasted longer than was advertised. Excellent service!!

I was forced to install this app only to confirm that I collected my bags, otherwise Bounce threatened me with additional charges. This is despite the fact that I have collected them long ago and in time.

I had an awful experience with this app... I was refused service for a booking because the business owner just decided not to offer the service anymore and would not fulfill the booking. Customer service was unhelpful, and even deleted our in-app messages when I asked them to pay for my rideshare to the location that refused service. I would not recommend using this app, particularly in Portland, Oregon.

Horrible! All the lockers were full, so the app redirected me to a nearby location. After booking space, the app did not direct me there. Google Maps did 45 minutes later. Then the location attendant was unfamiliar with Bounce, so I had to walk him through the reservation. When we later returned to get our bags, they had already checked them out. We had to provide other ids just to get our luggage returned. Horrible app, directions unclear, low budget operation, high prices. Use at your own risk.
