They have a proper system, they provide you with the place's address, and you drop your bag, either they take a picture of the luggage or ask you to take one if they have tags, for reference and if that goes missing they are fully liable, and you can claim back up to 10k euros. Very reliable and trustworthy. Loved the experience

I had an awful experience with this app... I was refused service for a booking because the business owner just decided not to offer the service anymore and would not fulfill the booking. Customer service was unhelpful, and even deleted our in-app messages when I asked them to pay for my rideshare to the location that refused service. I would not recommend using this app, particularly in Portland, Oregon.

I had an awful experience with the app and couldn't do the single purpose that the app is designed for. Even the storage place locations are wrong in the app.

Complete junk. They say you get a full refund if you cancel within one hour. I cancelled 2 days before the booking, and they sent me credits instead. I had to go through bot then a human to finally get my money back.
