Easy to book, easy to find the mini-market store as the Bounce app links through to Google maps. The store owner was pleasant and stored our bags for us, we simply had to show him the booking qr code to check in our bags and retrieve them.

They use any random small business looking to make some money. Problem is, they don't vet them. I booked a pickup time on the app, but the shopkeeper said they are closing early, so I had to come sooner. Bounce CS said that was my problem and if I didn't like it, I should have taken my luggage somewhere else. Yeah, imagine traveling in 97 degree heat under full sun with plans across the street by design, only to just carry all of your luggage away to look for a new place to stow it. Nope.

After taking a cab to drop off my luggage, I was left waiting 30 minutes only to be informed the host store was closed, without an apology. Support offered no help or compensation, citing terms and conditions and asked me to cancel or resolve the issue alone. Forced to quickly research a new location, I had to pay for an additional cab ride to a further spot, concluding that severe miscommunication between Bounce and its partner hosts makes the service unreliable and not worth recommending.

Complete junk. They say you get a full refund if you cancel within one hour. I cancelled 2 days before the booking, and they sent me credits instead. I had to go through bot then a human to finally get my money back.
