Paid for the annual subscription so could continue using the up-until-now free app, and it won't let me use it as doesn't recognize my username and/or password. Checked both on the website, and they are both correct. Just hoping I can get my subscription fee back.

Paid a subscription, which I was naturally in favor of, but wanted to keep up with news. However app is not working, remove, reinstate and then after day locks again, done this 4 or 5 times. Charge a subscription when you cant use itv

Worked fine for a year or so but now app won't load very frustrating ready to cancel membership if won't work
