Description

BowQuest is a top-down Roguelike dungeon shooter mobile game. You play as an archer exploring procedurally generated dungeon rooms, automatically shooting enemies, collecting skills and equipment, and challenging progressively harder levels.

## Basic Controls

- **Move**: Use the virtual joystick on the screen to control your character
- **Attack**: Release the joystick and your character will automatically shoot at the nearest enemy
- **Directions**: 8-directional shooting (Up, Down, Left, Right, and 4 diagonal directions)

## Core Gameplay

### 1. Level Progression

- Each level consists of multiple rooms
- Enemies spawn from all sides when you enter a room
- Defeat all enemies in a room to open the door to the next room
- After clearing all rooms in the current stage, advance to the next level
- The game features **50 levels** and **10 difficulty tiers**

### 2. In-Battle Growth

- After clearing certain stages, choose one skill upgrade from a random selection of three
- 36 skills available including attack/life/speed/crit boosts, multi-directional arrows, elemental bullets, ricochet, piercing, and more
- Boss rooms grant a spinning wheel reward upon completion

Skills appear randomly during battle — choose one from three options:

| Elemental Orbs | Rotating Fire/Ice/Poison/Lightning Orbs |

- **3 Slots**: Weapon, Armor, Jewelry
- **7 Quality Tiers**: White → Green → Blue → Purple → Orange → Pink → Red
- **Attributes**: Fire DMG, Ice DMG, Poison DMG, Crit Rate, DMG Bonus, HP Regen, Damage Reduction, Headshot, Boss DMG, etc.
- **Acquisition**: Obtain equipment through chest draws

Over 40 enemy types, including regular enemies and Bosses:

| Imp / Swordman / Mage | Humanoid enemies with unique behaviors |
| Fire Dragon | Dragon-type Boss |

Each major enemy category has its own Boss. Bosses switch attack phases when their HP drops, making them more challenging.
