TRAINING JOURNEYS A "Training Journey" is your training trip over several weeks. You will complete several training units within one week and get closer and closer to your goal. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight or just get fit, all Training Journeys will give you the results you want.
DRILLS With our training category DRILLS, you train your reaction time in addition to strength and endurance. The coach will test you and tell you exactly what you have to do.
ACTIVITY HISTORY How many and which workouts have you completed in the last month? Which month was the most successful? The activity history gives you the answer by tracking your training activities.
ALTERNATIVE EXERCISES Exercises with your own body weight are exchangeable. Before you start your training, you have the possibility to customize it by exchanging single exercises.

Great app in general, just a little thing to point out, 1st you can't use anything except for boxing, and 2nd the boxing drills only teach you punching and offensive techniques, there is nothing about defensive acts and footwork, which would really help with a push forward if learned

Its great app but journey crashes when the network is disconnected it cancels the sessions I've done through the journey making me start it from the beginning!!. I'm talking about kickboxing and paid subscription.
