The engineer was on time and spent the best part of the day fitting the boiler the workmanship was second to none and the engineer was obviously experienced helpfully and professional throughout can't thank him enough

As an elderly user, Great company. Great workmanship with special mention to John Doherty who was our engineer on the day. John was special, professional, efficient and kind-hearted. He explained everything, worked tirelessly and made sure we understood everything as. he went. John is a credit to his own company, your company Boxt.

App barely works. Can no longer view documents and the "contact us" doesn't work.
★☆☆☆☆Stef O'Rourke· Aug 11, 2026
Can't log in. Enter email, and it just spins and spins and doesn't send email code for you to log in. Tried to go online and log in to website and can't as they only use the app. Pointless having an app noone can use
★☆☆☆☆Peter Sweeney· Feb 12, 2025
Used to be good but then the service certificates disappeared. Tried to reinstall but now just get as far as the red boxt screen and nothing more. Android S24 Ultra

I can't use it - very poor design. I no longer have the email address I used when my boiler was installed, so it won't let me log in.
