Can't log in. Enter email, and it just spins and spins and doesn't send email code for you to log in. Tried to go online and log in to website and can't as they only use the app. Pointless having an app noone can use

Used to be good but then the service certificates disappeared. Tried to reinstall but now just get as far as the red boxt screen and nothing more. Android S24 Ultra

I can't use it - very poor design. I no longer have the email address I used when my boiler was installed, so it won't let me log in.
