I haven't done a boxing workout since 2020. After I was recommended this app, I thought I'd give it a go. I was blown away by how simple yet effective the workouts are. The videos are so easy to follow. Whether it's a 5 min or 30-min workout, you feel the difference afterward. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to boost their self-esteem and workout at their own pace in their own space.

My new favorite workout app! I had only tried the peloton boxing workouts which I didn't like, but a friend recommended this, and I am so glad she did. The classes are so much fun, trainers amazing energy and I burn more calories in the boxxstrength classes then any other workout I have tried! I would 100% recommend!!
