Please please please can you add match to the coffee orders. Between me and my awesome BP baristas, we can't seem to figure out how to work around it. I ended up with 3 hot drinks the other day, only ordered 2 🥲. Otherwise, app is great!

For the ordinary over 65 yrs person the. Whole system of trying to sin on to BPme & hooking into rewards card is a nightmare. I asked how to do it at a BP gas station & they either didn't know how or weren't interested!!!! Why put up a system that just ends up ripping us oldies off. Getting 6c instead of 12c cause not straight forward.!!! I think I have joined into BPME but do I have to join rewards to Bpme now???? To get the full benefit of both. Today, I pulled up to BP in Bulls. However, I was unable to use pay in car feature even though I have used it before at the same BP. Why couldn't I use it?

I go to BP specifically to pay at pump. My last experience, the app told me the pump was ready for fuelling, went to fuel up, and it wouldn't work. I had the maximum amount set, went into store, and they told me the pump was on prepay. I hung up the pump, paid in store, and almost a week later, my funds still have not been released. The app says payment declined, but my bank tells me it's the merchant holding the funds. I'm going back to Smiles.
