App is great, but since the most recent update, the biometric fingerprint unlock keeps turning itself off. Have to manually use password to get back in and re-enable fingerprint unlock. Works a few times and goes off again, no rhyme or reason.

I've been banking with this bank for 4 years they hold your money for 10 to 20 days direct deposits are never on time

They'll only allow ONE app user for a joint account, so if my spouse is out of town I have no access to mobile banking. TOTAL PITA. That's what we get for using a podunk, backwater credit union in that armpit called Louisiana.
