Comments on Shopping List - SoftList for Android

★★★★★ David Livingstone · Nov 1, 2024

Excellent app for shopping and bar code reader. Love the way you can add photos of the item you buy. A+++

★★★★☆ Kristi Ideus · Apr 4, 2026

It's not easy to find a grocery list app that lets you add the prices to the products and keeps a tally of your cart as you check items on your list. I really like this app, but I would like it even better if there was a desktop version, I don't like having to enter my entire list on my phone. This is the one reason I can't give it 5 stars.

★★★★★ michael rear · Nov 9, 2024

Easily one of the best apps for a shopping list there is. Easy to use and very quick to add new items when needed.

★★☆☆☆ Dave Headland · Oct 15, 2024

I have changed my review from 5 stars down to 2 as in recent months it has been taking forever to sync lists between devices. Sometimes over an hour. My wife does the shopping list, and then we sync it to my phone, where I do the shopping. When it does not sync, it makes the app unusable. It used to take a few seconds but is now very frustrating. One improvement I'd like to see is a button to take you directly to the cart without having to scroll through hundreds of items in the list.

★★☆☆☆ Tom Daly · Sep 25, 2024

I think I must be missing something because there does not seem to be a "checkout" option that keeps your items you buy regularly. It seems you have to re-enter all your items each time you buy them. The history tab was empty after I deleted checked items too. Given that, I do not see the point of this app.
