Terrible app. Only gives me problems. I have 4 reeembolsos to receive, but each time I try to follow up with the protocol it doesn't recognize. Now have to open sac, what a nuisance and will have to consider changing.

Bad application and bad support!! It works only to see information and not to do/send a request to reimbursement. Every each request, the application asks for validation of facial biometrics. Even though I send the documentation, the application shows the following message: "It was not possible to validate your information".
