Comments on Braille Contraction Lookup for Android
★★★★★
UEB and easy This is the only Braille app I've found, including on iOS, that has UEB. Love the ability to insert Braille dots to look up the contraction name.
★★★★★
Really great and easy to use. I love having a quick guide to search something I'm forgetting, and the braille input is nice when I come across a character I'm not familiar with
★★★★★
OMG! This is so fast, and way easier than all that searching through the primer. You can search using BRL dots or English text, also impressed by the big, clean screen, so I can see what I'm looking at. Well done <3

Great for quick reference of braille contractions! Easy to use! Love this app!
★★☆☆☆
Good app just gave it 2 stars bc there was no one else who said two stars lol
★★☆☆☆
It is missing a lot of contractions, so much so that it is not useful for a learner. It doesn't have the contraction for 'forward' for example. A learner who comes across a cluster of three consonants and the symbol for 'ar' under their fingers for the first time and asks a sighted companion to check it on the app will be frustrated. You're far better getting a copy from code from RNIB or Hadley. This is a good idea for a sighted person, but is very incomplete. Shame, it could be great.
