Brain Training: 1% Better

1% Better is a short daily workout for your mind: memory, attention, logic and speed. Five minutes a day, no sign-up and no internet needed. Tasks are generated anew every time, so they can't be memorised.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• Memory: Matrix, Chain, N-Back.
• Attention: Schulte Table, Odd One Out, Word Colour (the Stroop test).
• Logic: Number Series, Pattern, Heavier or Lighter.
• Speed: Quick Maths, Arrows, Greater or Less.
• Daily workout: four exercises, one for each skill.
• 20 levels in every exercise. Difficulty goes up when you play cleanly and eases off when it gets hard.
• An index on a 0–1000 scale for every skill, a chart and a training calendar.
• You see your result right after every run — no payment or sign-up required.
• The “Line of the day” journal: one note about what went better today.
• Works offline. Your progress and notes stay on your phone only.
• 12 interface languages.
