There are quite a few "songs" I listen to often to help with my ADHD, focus, need for sleep, background noise to help with my ears hurting, or to block out other noises in the background. You have to make sure to turn off the app fully, so it doesn't keep running in the background, but otherwise, it's great.

I am a total insomniac, and I saved a few not having much faith because nothing has worked. I've tried sleeping tablets nothing worked. I thought let me try this because I thought then it would be just another failure to add to the list. I put my earphones on listening to so-called soothing sound. It was called Brain waves binaural sounds explanation that it heals your mind and body I did not take much interest in the name. So I started listening. I woke up not realizing that it was morning.

Ads ads ads. I wish there was some plan (but not too expensive) to get rid of them. Having them defeats the purpose of using these wave patterns in the first place and is counterproductive.

NO! Really, you want to get info from us while we're online & usually at our most vulnerable and prone to bad things happening. I did a deep scan while using 2 different binaural settings and 2 of my 3 ad/content blockers went nuts! And, I had to watch 3 ads (actually, 6 six since they're now putting dual ads in the whole ad blocks—as if we're too dumb to catch on!), 3! Just so I could play one & read about a 2nd! Listening to it cost me another ad! BTW, it only costs mere kb to play a sound!
