Love the headset and app! I use it especially at night. A few of my friends have tried it and liked it as well. A couple of them have even ordered the headset. I really hate when my alarm goes off in the morning, BT starts playing the last session it was on! I usually fall asleep or nearly asleep when the session goes off.

I'm currently trying to open the manage your account page. It keeps kicking me back to the start page. When I use the free sessions, it skips or stops all together. When I close it out, it won't close unless I restart my phone every time. Then I get a message saying the app isn't responding, do I want to close the app or wait. Then, I can finally close the app. Why is this difficult to use? I have the latest version. I'm not going to spend money on an app that isn't working.

This honestly has the potential to be 5 stars and an excellent app that runs smoothly and does what it's supposed to. HOWEVER, at this stage the Brain Tap app needs so many improvements. I'd love to list the issues I have with this app, but there isn't enough typing space. I have the Brain Tap headset and also a premium annual subscription that both costed me a fortune, if you're going to charge so much money make sure your app and product work and run as smooth as possible.
