Best mental health advice I've been given by a psychologist, He didn't just want to take my money every fortnight he wanted me to improve and become the best me I can be, He gave me the tool to achieve this at home myself. Some people may be skeptical about the headset having flashing lights, but it has a serious science behind it. Life is too short to let an opportunity pass by, find a psychologist that utilizes the brain Tap headset and try b4 you buy 🙂🙏 good mental health is here

I'm currently trying to open the manage your account page. It keeps kicking me back to the start page. When I use the free sessions, it skips or stops all together. When I close it out, it won't close unless I restart my phone every time. Then I get a message saying the app isn't responding, do I want to close the app or wait. Then, I can finally close the app. Why is this difficult to use? I have the latest version. I'm not going to spend money on an app that isn't working.

I only have this app bc it was originally partnered with In harmony. Now I have to pay for the tracks that were supposed to be for free. There's no way to filter guided meditation or just soundtracks. There's no way to filter durations. I'm forced to pay $30+/m for a few selections that collab with my sound table. I doubt that they will make more that combine in the future. So disappointing.

This honestly has the potential to be 5 stars and an excellent app that runs smoothly and does what it's supposed to. HOWEVER, at this stage the Brain Tap app needs so many improvements. I'd love to list the issues I have with this app, but there isn't enough typing space. I have the Brain Tap headset and also a premium annual subscription that both costed me a fortune, if you're going to charge so much money make sure your app and product work and run as smooth as possible.
