It's amazing. The app has many different modes to increase the production of different key chemicals in your brain. I use the brown noise and white noise often, as well as the heart function sounds. I have trouble sleeping, and the brown noise put me to sleep in half the time it usually takes. The white noise has helped me when I work on class projects. I have used all of them at least twice, but those are my favorites. $60 IS a bit much for all of the sounds, but you only have to pay for the ones you want.

I Love this app ❤ Ok, it might not be everyone's bag, and I did get the initial tracks free via 'App of the day' I have had absolutely Amazing results with the backache track. I have a broken L5 and suffer serious pain daily, however the backache track has REALLY Helped. I have now signed up properly and actually purchased 3 new tracks. This app works so much better if you use headphones and have an open mind. NOT FOR SCEPTICS

Brain waves It really works. Listen i experience backaches every day. Being in the construction industry all my life has taken it's toll. I would never had even considered this app if it would'nt have been on free app of the day. I thought what the hell I'm going to try this. I have used it several times so far when the pain is quite uncomfortable. 15 minutes and honestly the pain is non existant. People that are closed minded about something like this are really missing out. I have done a little of studying on the conscious and sub-conscious mind and i know that pain is only there so we know that something is wrong with us. It serves no other purpose. Also everything we feel is a result of perceiving, judging and our sub-conscious acting on or not acting on what is gathered by our conscious senses. Be a closed system and suffer or be open and enjoy the benefits

Loved it then hated it! I got it through App Of The Day. I took the time to download extra brainwaves then today they were all gone and now I have to pay for them. No thanks! Going to delete it.
