A keyboard that makes you want to type.

Brams is an Android keyboard inspired by 1960s German industrial design: few colors, simple shapes and every detail in service of function. The keys have depth, sink when you tap them and sound like a real mechanical keyboard.

And one rule never changes: Brams has no internet permission. What you type never leaves your phone.

KEYS YOU CAN FEEL
• 3D keys with shadows, side walls and a matte texture that sink with every tap
• 17 keycap shapes, including mechanical keyboard profiles like Cherry, OEM, SA, DSA, XDA, KAT and MT3
• 22 color themes, each with a light and a dark version
• Adjustable backlight and 12 gaming RGB effects: wave, waterfall, breathing, reactive, ripple, starlight, rain, fire and more, in 24 colors
• Caps Lock light on the Shift key
• Adjustable key spring: soft or snappy return
• Adjustable keyboard height and key spacing, one-handed mode and a floating keyboard on tablets

MECHANICAL KEYBOARD SOUNDS
14 sounds, many recorded from real keyboards: Mechanical, Cherry, Mac, Magnetic, Aluminum, Cushioned, Springy and more. Space, Enter and Delete have their own sound, and every press varies slightly so it never sounds repetitive. Adjustable vibration, with its own strength for the space bar.

23 LANGUAGES, OFFLINE AUTOCORRECT AND SUGGESTIONS
English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Romanian, Czech, Swedish, Hungarian, Indonesian, Malay, Filipino, Vietnamese, Arabic, Persian, Urdu and Roman Urdu.

VOICE TYPING, ALSO OFFLINE
Tap the microphone and talk. Your speech becomes text right on your phone. Brams only listens while the voice panel is open, and the audio is never saved or sent anywhere.

EVERYDAY TOOLS
• Emoji with search, skin tones and suggestions as you type
• Clipboard with text and images, pinned items and your choice of how long to keep them
• Editing panel with arrows, select, copy, paste, undo and redo
• Slide on the space bar to move the cursor
• Hold the number keys for ² ³ and fractions

REAL PRIVACY
• No internet permission: the app cannot send anything anywhere
• No ads, no tracking, no account
• In password fields: no suggestions and no learning
